Window Configuration

Is there any chance that in later version of Protools that this can be a global preference rather than saved with the session. In post we tend to swap session between people allot and it would be great if there was a way to conform the windows of any session to your own personalized layout rather than have to go through the process of saving it with each session you receive. This would be so handy for people in Post Production !!!

I hope there are people out there with the same sentiment.

Window Configurations are an importable attribute. You can have a session that contains a bunch of them and bring them into any session you like. The only down side is, they come in as a group and are added to session. So if you get a session from some one else, simply delete their Window Configurations and import yours from your template. Or am I missing something?

Looks like me missing it. Thanks for this did not even realize you could import them into other session. Will take a look at this.
