CONFIRMED. I too was having the same issues where PT10 would work fine but PT11 would get hung up when I used AudioSuite plugs and do task like Consolidate or Elastic Audio. My "Work" drive was formatted to MSFAT. I read this thread and re-formatted my "Work" drive to MacOS Extended and everything works fine.
