Default Stupid simple Question

Hello i am just starting out and had a question pretty simple

Is this like the layout of instruments needed like to make rock type songs (I know you can add a lot more onto it) I just wanted to know like the barebones what you need?

Drums
Bass guitar
Rhythm guitar
Lead Guitar
Vocals

That's your basic rock band but others might say "Who needs Lead Guitar?".

Like search out a band that you consider to be "rock"
Check their instrumentation, like.
