Default Optimizing PC / Windows XP for Audio

What are the basic points for optimizing the PC / Windows XP for use with ProTools. I'm looking for this, and any other quick tips on minimizing CPU drain. Thanks for your help!

Although it's not clear what you're using, I assume you are using PT le 6 or 7....

Just go to the digidesign website >support >Compatibility > Digi 002 Rack with Pro Tools LE 7.0/7.1 for Windows XP > System Software > Windows XP Settings & Requirements...

Or just read the DUC Forum more carefully....all in there pal....
