3rd party plugins were gone when updating to PT 10.3.6

Hi guys,
i have a weird problem after updating my PT9 to PT10. All my 3rd party plugins couldnt be found by PT. Neither reinstalling nor deleting databases fixed the problem.
Does anybody know a sollution for this?
