Someone please help, can't complete bounce

I am trying to bounce and then convert a file to an mp3 but receive the following message:

"Cannot convert bounce command because of privileged... something to this effect. Does anyone know what will correct this?

you need to purchase the license to make mp3s directly as a btd option. seems silly that you have to do that given the purchase price of the package, but such is life.

Thanks, but I actually already purchased the license and entered the code into Pro Tools. That is what's puzzling me.
