Structure - Goliath problem - not loading library

Hi,
I just bought Structure, part of the instrument box set and loaded all the Goliath samples onto my hard drive. Now when I start up Structure i get a small window saying New content has been installed..... I get the spinning ball and then nothing happens...the whole program is stuck in the spinning ball mode.....Help . I tried calling Tech support but they don't have an option for their software synths....who should I call at Digi about this. Any help is greatly appreciated!!! Thanks, Mike

Oh and Hybrid comes up with the interface all distorted...bright yellow actually....any ideas? Thanks again,

Wups....thats got to be the problem...I activated Goliath for my 30 day trail for nothing..oh well. Thanks for the reply
