Smile Heavy duty click/pop reduction?

My knowledge in PT is somewhat limited since I am a voice actor, but I do use STP3 for audio sweetening in video editing. Anyway I have PT 8 on Show Leopard.......not the SN pre-release and an 8 core MAC. I have a pop which is from a hard wired mic in the audio. It is a talking head and sounds like there was a contact issue. Anyway, is there anything in PT8 I can use to reduce this that I don't have in STP 3. Someone said izotope, but I can't spend the money.

IZOTOPE/RX is worth every penny. It does an amazing job of cleaning up audio.

A great tool in my tool box.

They have a demo to try.

You could try Audacity their BETA version has noise reduction tools for free.
