scripting in PT

Try keyquencer. It's the bomb. I could not even work on Pro-tools without it. There is a free lite version and $50 for the full deal. It's worth every penny.

howdy!

we're in the process of setting up templates and default sessions and the like, and we're trying to figure a way to script in little reminders every time we open a session. such as "check the disk allocation" and "check the sample rate" as we often have 3-6 projects happening at all possible combinations of sample rate, bit depth, and many different and particular drives.

anyone had success scripting protools in any sense? ie, text reminders, or even opening windows upon session open, etc?

I´ve started to use QuickKeys, wich look really good for this kind of job.
