Cannot purchase Pro Tools 12. HELP!

Hello,

I have been attempting to purchase a Pro Tools 12 monthly subscription through the Avid Store. I have created an Avid account. I have an iLok and have created an iLok account. I add the monthly subscription to my cart, authorize Avid to access my iLok, verify my billing and shipping info (even though shipping won't apply), and enter my card number/exp./***. Yes, I am putting in the correct numbers. I am getting an error message 206 in a red outline at the top of the page. The screen then loads several tea and gives another red bar stating an "unspecified error occurred" and that I should "refresh my cart and try again". Tried refreshing the cart, same problem. I called and my bank is not declining and in fact does not even see an attempt to draw on my account. How can I subscribe to Pro Tools 12????

I'm also having trouble on the Avid store trying to upgrade. For a company that want money first and questions later they really need to get on top the store payment system. After several attempts, with all kinds of error messages, I failed to buy the PT upgrade & support plan on the Avid store last Thursday. Or did I? It was only when I contacted my bank that I was told that my Mastercard was apparently approved, but I received no final confirmation of my purchase, no licences and no email confirmation from Avid. I contacted the Avid store support on Thursday, and a case was assigned, but still no explanation.

Same thing to me! tried to times to purchase, 2 times picked money from my credit card, 2 times get an error message! no link. no ID. ONLY 210 euros less.

I had the same experience on the web store last weekend, ludicrous to have happen on a announcement/rollout weekend.

But the 3rd time I tried it went through......that and thanks to Jeffro who got the installers to show up in my account

I was able to purchase but I do not have a download link in my account. I have an order number and confirmation email but the download link in the email leads me to a page that says "no products found"
