Hardware not recognized on Macbook Pro

Hello,

Just installed 2020-12.0 on a Macbook pro late 2015 model 11,3.
I have Native thunderbolt 2 interface connected to an HD Omni and HDi/o and a Sync i/o.
Pro Tools will start up fine, but when I go to change Harware settings, or I/O all that is recognized is "Zoom Audio Driver" (I have Zoom on the computer)

• Avid says a Macbook 11,3 is not approved, but does that mean it definitely won't work? or just that they have not tested it? I think that's what it used to mean.

• Is there something special that has to be done with the iLok?

I had another Macbook Pro (2017), that I installed 2020.12.0 on to test and an iLok dialog came up asking me to "Activate" the license. So why would the iLok work on one computer and not another? isn't the license on the iLok itself and should make PT's available on any computer it's plugged into? isn't that the whole point?

I know there's a number of issues here and any help would be appreciated.

Since PT 12.6 and later you also need to have DigiLink I/O license on your ilok
