Please help ! Pro tools 11 crash

So i just bought Pro Tools 11 for students, i only got the iLok from the box and i activated it then it told me to download Pro Tools 11 from www.avid.com/yourproducts. so nothing wrong with the iLok.

I downloaded Pro Tools 11 then installed it on my Macbook Pro (its the i7 2.9GHz). Everytime i opened the Pro Tools 11 it crashed, it loads until the VariFi plugins then just quit unexpectedly, i contacted the avid but no response yet.
i can't even open my Pro Tools, i just bought it

anyone can help with this ? please.. thank you
