Hello ...

The same troubles for me with last Mavericks and Artist Control (EuCon 3.1) on Logic Pro X

20 / 30 seconds of delays !!!!

It´s just no possible to work with my Artist Control ...

Please ... HELP !!!

MC Transport timecode display also freezes sporadically since Mavericks update.

App Nap check box is no longer avalaible on OsX 10.9.2.
While PT HD11 running a session, if I change the active application (with command tab) fromage PT to Eucon, the MC transport display become very snappy. But I was at this time unable to control PT.

Same here but i just realized that the screen update as soon as i move the mouse!!!

AVID you have to fix that problem!!!!!

I have just had a major upgrade (new MacPro and version 3.1 Eucon) and now my MC Mix display is suffering from screen freeze. If I move my mouse it activates the screen for a second or so. Strangely if I click on the Eucon icon in the top menu bar the display works perfectly.
Any idea why this is happening - it's was working great on previous MacPro running Lion.

Ok ! With the help of Avis guys, I found how to check the App Nap checkbox (in Application with right-lick) !!!
App Nap was unchecked but the problem was still there !

Little less buggy for me since 3.1.2 update.

Still majorly annoyed by Mackie control functionality. Only ports 1-4 can be used. So only one app can be controlled by Mackiecontrol.

Avid, PLEASE. When will proper drivers be release for this beautiful product.

Hi,

I was hoping for an answer here but I guess I'm in the same boat as you guys.

After trying everything including a rebuild, I've had to return to Lion and PT10, but also to v2.7 for eucon control as it's the only way it works correctly.

I wish I had not made the latest firmware update on the Artist Control as I feel the Mac shutdown stall must be related.
