I'm checking with Avid CS for you. Looks like you qualify based on your Pro Tools 10 registration, but the upgrade has not been sent.

If you want to make sure you touch all bases, I would recommend filing a support case with customer service:

Where's My Free Pro Tools 11 Upgrade?

If you are able to provide a receipt, that will help considerably.

I don't believe I received my upgrade email. If I have, I may have missed it and it is likely gone, but I have not seen one as far as I'm aware. Can you please look into this Bruce? Thank you.

I can see your free upgrade to Pro Tools 10 in 2011, but nothing for Pro Tools 9. I would recommend filing a support case with customer service:

I also have not received the form to process the Student Upgrade. I filled out the form for "Where's My Free Pro Tools 11 Upgrade?" via Avid CS but have yet to hear back in regards to this. Any further information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It looks like your case was updated today.

By the way...
Avid CS has been answering these as quickly as possible, but this week in particular with all of the requests the average response time is probably a bit longer than a "normal" week.
