Import Session Data (PT 7.3.1)
Tried to import session data from a session (call it session1) -when it imported the one audio track, the track was created but no audio was imported (empty track). I tried opening up another session and then importing one track from session1 and the same thing happened. Then I tried making a "save copy in" copy of session 1 and the same thing happens when trying to import one track from (copy of session1). This never happens when I try to import session data from other sessions. I also looked at the format, sample rate. bit depth of all sessions and they were the same... tks for help...

Re: Import Session Data (PT 7.3.1)
It did the same for me !
I've tried to import 2 tracks from a 7.1.1 session into a 7.3.1 session. I've had both of them but no media (I've tried many setup in the import data sessions page ....) I thought it was an issue between versions 7.1.1 and 7.3.1 because I've done a lot of import session data between "7.3.1" sessions with no issue at all. I hope it helps.

Re: Import Session Data (PT 7.3.1)
FWIW, somewhere around 7.x Import Sessions Data has gotten totally screwed. I have posted on this a few times, but no word from Digi. I have had it stuff up, and then re-try the same thing and it work properly.
There are other issues with it like telling it not to import the Output Assignments and it still does... importing tempo maps only works half the time etc etc.

Re: Import Session Data (PT 7.3.1)
Have you checked to see wether the session start times are the same? This has given me a similar problem in the past.

Re: Import Session Data (PT 7.3.1)
I have observed this phenomenon on a v7.2cs1 system we have. The way I kind of got around it was to create a fresh session and import into that (fresh as in not from a template). I suspect the true fix is not that simple though. I probably just got a stroke of luck. Maybe if we cull enough data together we can figure this one out?
