Lost Mbox sound output

I just got a new laptop. I cloned my internal hardrive from my old one to the new one. Protools runs fine and launches everytime, but if i open a session, i see the meters moving but no sound is coming out of the headphone jacks on my mbox. If i turn the meter knob to input and crank the volume, i can hear input hiss, but i'm not hearing any audio from outs 1-2. Anyone have this problem before?

headphone volume knob turned up? Have you tried to listen through the monitor outputs?

Yep. Do a search on mBox - there are plenty of threads on this. In short, unplug , and then replug your mbox back in. Make sure that you plug it in after you machine has fully booted. Apparently, it's a feature. I'm told by some other users of the DUC that it's " no big deal ". Enjoy.
