Install order!
Running PT 10.3.2 with a BLA 003 Rack.
Will be upgrading next week to a PT HDX1 10.3.2 with a BLA HD I/O. Is anything below out of order? - Backup using Carbon Copy Cloner - Reformat - Install Lion - Repair Permissions - Install 10.7.4 combo update - Repair permissions - Shutdown computer, install HDX card - Repair permissions - Install iLok drivers - Repair permissions - Install PTHDX - Repair permissions - Upgrade to PT 10.3.2 - Repair permissions - Run Diskwarrior from an external drive and rebuild Internal SSD - Install Plugins - Repair permissions Will that installation order yield the best results? Do I need to run any calibration software or DigiTest software when installing HDX?

I'd skip all the repairing and the Diskwarrior, but that's me. It's not nearly as complicated as you're thinking it is IMO.

You'll want to run digitest for firmware if needed.
