Region FIND bug - been around for years -

Have an intermittent bug. I search for a phrase in my regions list using the FIND command. I get the results and sometimes (randomly) I cannot scroll at all through the results, assuming they go past 1 page. When that happens, I do CLEAR FIND, type the search into FIND again....and then I can scroll. It's not the biggest problem in the world, but I assumed it would've been fixed by now. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
