Focusrite Liquid Saffire 56 FIREWIRE RECORDING Interface
Has anyone here ever used this with a digi for preamps? I have been trying to track down some preamps with ADAT connectivity to add to my digi 003 console. this sounds cool, as focusrite has a good rep, and it has specific modeling for different existing preamps on two channels, and 6 focusrite preamps with no modeling. Will the modeling work when chained through the digi? Anybody? Are the digi and the sapphire compatible?http://duc.avid.com/images/smilies/c...cons/icon5.gif

Re: Focusrite Liquid Saffire 56 FIREWIRE RECORDING Interface
I note here that there are some problems I have read about here using PT9. I am currently using 8. I guess I am also partly wondering if I am smart enough to figure this out when there are separate drivers for both pieces of gear, and if I will spend an inordinate amount of time keeping them compatible as I move towards PT9 and 10.
