Need to remove background noise
I'm using an audio file that has some background noise in it...it's basicly some people taking in a room. I need either a free plug or one that comes in 6.4. How can I lower the background noise while keeping the audio of the voices pretty much the same?

Re: Need to remove background noise
You could try "SoundSoap" by Bias -not a freebie, but worth the £60 sterling that it costs in UK. Has worked well for me in the past; there is a Soap Pro version that is even better, but is pretty pricey -£200-300 or so.
Anyhow, you might be able to download for a demo period, not sure, but check the website SoundSoap 2
