motu mtpav generating clock and tc sync issues
in to a mackie onyx 800r . that is mtpav word out setting at 48k and 29.98 dropframe wordclock to onyx 800r wc in and lightpipe to digi 002r sync settings are set to adat when i open protools I get a warning my clock setting are in error and switches to internal sync. I have noticed that the wordclock signal is not producing a steady light. And it will crash my macbookpro full kernel panic. any thoughts on this problem and how it may be resolved. so far I have taken the mtpav out of the loop. I had planned to be able to sync to video/tc resolved thru mtpav and send a analog tc signal on to track as well. I just downloaded a new driver for the motuav 1.33. I will do some more testing today or tonight It's beutiful out there today
