I had the same problem and solve it changing the MTC reader port in Peripherals to the MIDI of my sound interface. The same with the MTC generator port .

Thanks for tip - it worked !!
Still have a few problems with occasional uninvited sustain pedal and occasional non-recognition of note-off, but otherwise much improved. Ozman
