Dock Custom Workflows/button mapping?

Upgraded Pro Tools from my old trusty (or crusty) version and can finally utilize my dock. I’m just a hobbyist who makes really bad music for my fantasy football league when the creative juices get flowing.

I’m asking if anyone is willing to share their workflow file with custom button mappings/soft keys, etc. I know Anthony Anzolone had some tutorials for Premiere Pro years ago.
