Fan Issues

I have 2 questions:

1. We have the Venue, D-Show Profile console, 1 for FOH and 1 for monitors. In July, we updated the software to the new 3.0, and it has been great. But, for both consoles, we are having an error pop up each time we boot the console that says one of the fans are working improperly. We have checked them out, and they both are working fine. Didn't know if anyone else had this issue or if it was simply a bug problem.

2. I was just making sure to see if there were any new updates to the 3.0 software. Didn't want to miss out on any updates.

As far as I know, there isn't. though i'm waiting to see 3.1 and hope to see some serious bug fixes

There may be some problem with the fans even though they appear to be working. If you could send us the console log files we can investigate further, please follow the link below for instructions and send the .zip file to venuesupport(at)avid(dot)com ATTN Mike and we'll have a look.
