Avid Native Latest Drivers

Hey guys,

Just registered and installed a new Native card, but I can't find the latest Sierra drivers...they're no longer available online, and have to be accessed through your account. I did just register the card, but I see nothing under "My Products"...is there another spot they're located at that I'm not seeing?

Do you have the Pro Tools HD12 installer?
The HD Driver is in a folder there.

12.4 is all I have in my account...I need the 12.6.1 driver for Sierra though, no?

Seems to me that if I purchased a brand new card, I should be allowed to have the latest drivers for it...no? They can't lock the driver to my Pro Tools version, that makes no sense.

I installed the 12.4 HD driver, and I'm using a Rosetta 800 with the X-HD card installed. However, Pro Tools says it can't find an Audio Interface attached...

Is there something magical that has to happen to make this work? I'm pretty sure 12.5.2HD allowed third party interfaces, no?

I suspect you will need to purchase a DigiLink license.

I thought that was for 12.7HD and up only? I'm on 12.5.2HD...

I'm also not on a current plan, I've been out of one for some time.

You're right, a DigiLink license is only required for 12.6HD and above.

Digitest shows the card as working fine.

Apogee and I have gone through for hours to make this work - I've reuploaded the firmware 3 times now, and they think either the X-HD card or the Rosetta is broken...but the Rosetta works just fine. The card is new to me, but was sold as fully working...and there's nothing on the card that would indicate it as being faulty...
