Download Upgrade pt9 to pt10:invalid zip code when checkout (I live in Taiwan)

So I decide to upgrade from pt9 to pt10, through download, but when I fill the zip code before check out, I receive an error message : Invalid zip code. I am based in Taiwan, and also in France, neither zip code is accepted. please tell me which zip code to provide ?

Should I use a us zip code, with a us address to succeed in checkout and download ?
