Default How to remove unwanted bar numbers?

Hi
Somehow my session got mashed a bit and I had to realign my midi and audio to start at 1/0/0. However, I was left with a bunch of bars with minus numbers at the start. I renumbered them but one of the bars is a part bar and I can't get rid of it. Any ideas?
