Default Is it possible to use 2 soundcards, rewire or?

Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to route audio from pro tools track to my yamaha dsp factory soundcard with some plugin, or rewire?

I really like compressors and effects of my old soundcard and I would like to continue using it somehow...

Problem is that dsp factory has 16 tracks, but I only have 4 inputs & outputs in that card, so some kind of plugin is only change if I want to use it in real time.

Anyway, maybe this is not possible but any ideas welcome

The only way to rewire is using another software simustaneusly. I´m not expert, but i think you could use your old interface with other software (ableton live for example), and rewire it to pro tools into Auxiliar Audio Tracks.

I haven't done it before, maybe I'm wrong, but you could wait for spkguitar's answer, jejejeje.

Nope. When instantiating anything rewire, the hardware I/O is bypassed and replaced by the rewire I/O.

Unless the DSP in the card is accessible VIA VST (I'm not very familiar at all with the yamaha dsp factory, but I'm pretty sure it is not), I think you are out of luck.
