MBox and Cubase and ASIO and OS X?

I am interested in getting a MBox for use with Cubase VST and hopefully with Cubase SX in OS X. I am wondering how's the mbox working with Cubase now and will digidesign ever release ASIO for Mac? Also when PT 6 LE for OSX is out, how much is for the upgrade? Will the driver for OS X work with Cubase SX then?
