Default conforming to groove clipboard makes audio disappear

Hey guys, this is an old bug, but haven't seen it in a while…
After extracting groove from an overhead track, I conform another track to its groove and it just disappears… Seems like protools moves it somewhere crazy… The groove is quite simple and the track being conformed is actually really close to said groove… Anyone has a fix?
