Default Re: Plugins compatible with Apple Silicon natively

Aberrant DSP just brought all their plugins up to being AAX ARM (Teutonic was released native, the other three are native as of today.)
Slightly confusing but the version numbers didn’t change so you just need to know to re-download and install.

Nope. Like mentioned in an earlier post here, you cannot rely on that unfortunately.

ADPTR Metric AB
ADPTR Streamliner

Brainworx bx_crispytuner

Lindell Audio 902 De-Esser

...are all not saying "excl. AAX" but it's still x64 and definitely not AAX
Silicon ready/still not working in PT M1 Native.

Cheers.

…and what VRW said…
I don't care. I've all but given up on PA.

On a different note; I own Noiseash Need Preamps, and I thought I'd email them about AAX.

The AAX Apple Sİlicon native binaries will be released in 2 months. Thank you for your patience.
Please let me know if you need any further information.
Best regards.
Not great, but it's something.
I assume he means their whole product line.

The ones VRW listed are apparently NOT saying "excl. AAX", and yet don't have Apple Silicon Support for AAX.

I found this confusing too! But you need to read it like this: if there’s x64 and M1 listed, without (excl aax) , it’s silicon native. If there’s x64 and M1 listed with (excl aax), it’s silicon native for Au/VST but not for AAX.
If there’s only x64 listed, there’s no (excl aax) displayed, because that means the whole freakin plugin isn’t even silicon native, also not for other plugin formats
