Constant crashing / kernel panics HD2/G5
I'm looking for any suggestions to get me through this mix!
Old G5 crashed and burned toward the tail end of a project so I'm using a borrowed machine (same thing... dual 2.0) to get me through some final mix tweaks. I've swapped in my drives, ram, etc. (and tried booting off two systems 7.3/Tiger and 8.0/Leopard) so I can't imagine that it's software related. All Digitest/Apple hardware tests passed. I've done all of the routine maintenance I know of... (trash prefs/run cocktail/zapping pram and nvram) Anything I'm forgetting? |

Re: Constant crashing / kernel panics HD2/G5
Try reseating all the RAM and PCI cards. Long shot but it has worked for me before. Assuming you were digging around inside when you put the HD cards in.
