Default Avid Support Portal

Hello,

I have a valid support subscription for Pro Tools and bought two controllers from you just last week yet I only received a registration confirmation email for one of them and up till now, I am still unable to contact Avid support via the website despite having an active subscription with you.

Is there a way for me to email support to get assistance with the products I just purchased from you, please?

Confirmed - your Update Plan is current so the Support Center link should be functional - noted this on your support case so that should get resolved as well.

It has been 17 days since my last post regarding this
Just wanted to know if there have been any updates regarding this?

Just to add I can’t actually renew my subscription due to this I am just bounced back to the My Account page
