Pro Tools will not load

I'm running Catalina 10.15.7 on a Mac mini i7 with 32GB of ram.I upgraded from Pro Tools 10 to 2020 9.1. In MyAvid account it shows it's active. The same in my iLok account. I checked and have the current iLok version. When loading Pro Tools I get this error:

You are trying to run a newer version of Pro Tools than allowed by your license. You can uninstall this version of Pro Tools and reinstall any version of Pro Tools that is supported by your license, or visit your MyAvid Account to renew your upgrade plan.

What's going on? How do I fix this? Thanks so much

Sweetwater's technical support found the issue. When Avid dropped my license into my iLok account there was no expiration date listed and Pro Tools didn't recognize my new license. Austin from Sweetwater is contacting Avid to resolve my issue.

Hope they are able to figure out the license issue. Just keep in mind that PT 2020.9.1 isn't officially supported in Catalina 10.15.7, though it may work fine - it does for me at least.
