2nd Hand Digi 002 Rack - Power Harness Problem
I bought a 2nd hand Digi002 Rack off of Ebay which until now has been working perfectly, however it now appears to have a power harness problem. I've e-mailed Digi and they seem happy to replace it as long as I register the product.
I have a registration card to do this but will it be a problem that it wasn't bought from a registered Digidesign dealer? And will they only replace it if it is still under 1 year warranty? Thanks very much.

Digi has extended warrantees on OO2 power harness issues.
If the unit has not been registered, go through the registration process with Digi. If it has been registered, you will need to submit a "Transfer of Ownership" form signed by the registered owner. You can also try reseating the plug on the power supply and see if that fixes your problem.
