Hey Everybody, easy question i\'m sure . . .
My pro tools is not working. the le power goes on and then you dont get those 3 clicks, instead the mute stays on and nothing happens. it also is not being read from my computer. fuse blown??? something else??? i'm not very good when it come to these songs and i really need to listen to these tracks. PLEASE HELP, GUYS!!!

Sounds like power harness on an 002 or 002Rack.

Did u have any luck with this? Anybody? I have a 002 rack and its doing the same thing. I turned it on, and a dialog box came up updating the firmware. Then, half way in, it started clicking and the link light on the back started blinking. It then went out completely and the mute light came on. Now it's not being recognized by pro tools. This is my first time running it with LE 6.9.2. Are there any known issues? I am running OSX Tiger 4.2 on a PwerMac G4 (Mirrored face)

What is the customer # to call??? I figured I'd let her sit for the night (002 rack), but this morning I press the power button, wait for the famous three little clicks, BUT . . . no three little clicks, just straight to the mute button being on. No sound, no connection, NOTHING. WTF?????????????? Did I blow something? What is the power harness? I NEED TO FIX THIS FAST AND IF ANYONE IS IN THE NYC AREA, COME BUY SO I CAN PAY YOU TO FIX HER!!!!!!
