Where to find/buy the expansion pack

Hello...i´m new here.
I´ve bought a used elevenrack with firmware 1.03 and want to update to 2.01
I´ve been in contact with Sweetwater and they couldn´t help me and adviced me to go to Avid´s site.Well i have an account there but can´t find anything about buying the expansion pack.
Btw...i´m using the rack standalone
