Pro Tools 2023.9 and Sketch Now Available

It’s an exciting day at Avid as we have a lot of great news to share! Pro Tools 2023.9 + Pro Tools Sketch are now available as of September 21, 2023.

Pro Tools v2023.9 is now available through Avid Link, Avid accounts at my.avid.com/products and the Avid Download Center for active Update & Support Plans and Subscriptions. Drum roll……. We will also re-introduce new Pro Tools Perpetual products which can be purchased through an authorized Avid reseller. Perpetual license owners can purchase a Pro Tools Perpetual Upgrade & Support plan to get up to date. This includes customers with active and expired plans as well as those who are using older versions such as Pro Tools 9, 10, and 11. Pro Tools Get Current has been discontinued and is now merged with the Renewal Upgrade & Support plan. Lastly, our new Pro Tools Sketch, is also available and is both a free application for iPad, and a window within Pro Tools (all tiers, including the free Pro Tools Intro). Pro Tools Sketch is essentially a clip launcher that lets you create and mix audio clips, MIDI clips, virtual instruments, and audio effects in a non-linear environment, and arrange them into Scenes and Arrangements.
