Session Playing at Wrong Pitch

Hello to all.. So when I turn my computer on, and open ProTools 2018.4, I find that the session playback is 2 semitones higher than it should be. When I restart my computer, not turn it off but restart it, the session reverts to correct pitch.. Clocking issues confound me.. I have a Sandra Report attached. If anyone has had this happen and fixed it, I'd sure appreciate the path to take.. Thank to the Community for taking a look..
