Clearing Cloud data
Hi there,
I want to clear all data from the Avid cloud but have a problem. I'm using Pro Tolls First. Ive done the following steps: How to free Cloud Space on Pro Tools | First To clear space on your Avid Cloud, you will need to delete projects on your dashboard. 1. To open the Dashboard, simply launch Pro Tools First, sign in, then click on File > Open Projects 2. From there you can click on the arrow down symbol beside the project name then click on delete. However, I had some imported audio from another session in one of my sessions and when I attempted to delete it I got a pro tools dialogue that said that those files weren't deleted. So now I have 33% space stuck on the cloud even though my projects list is empty. Does anyone know how I can wipe my cloud storage? Will I need to actually contact Avid customer support? Cheers |

Re: Clearing Cloud data
Unfortunately yes, you will have to contact Avid support. Avid currently does not give you a way to manage the content of your cloud storage (other than projects in Pro Tools First) and they are the only ones that can clear your space.
