Default Print score fails
I’m unable to print a score to my network printer via wireless. Anyone else have issues? I created a ticket last week but they didn’t respond

I can successfully print a score sent to my wireless printer. What is the error you are seeing?

There’s no error it just never prints

Yes finale prints fine however pt doesn’t print.

Finally got a response from avid. No solution but more importantly they had questions. I thought they would have answers not questions! 😆

Thank you for contacting AVID Pro Tools Technical Support.

Let me get additional information from you to get us started with the troubleshooting:

1. Which version of Pro Tools is this happening?
2. Which operating system are you using?
3. Is this happening on specific session only?
4. Are you trying to print from the Master Bus?
5. Do you get an error message when you tried printing your score?
6. Which device are you using as a Playback Engine?

Like Zig Ziglar used to say: tech support people that don’t ask lots of questions have skinny starving children. (He actually said that about sales guys, but it’s the same premise.)

I goto tech support for answers not questions as I had those already lol
