Default Waves Platinum V5 on Pro Tools Le V8

Just got LE 8 loaded on my new Mac Pro. PT runs fine but my Waves Platinum bundle is old v.5 and pro tools says it can't find Waves in the plug-in folder. I see the waveshell there but PT Does not. Will Waves v5 run on new PT LE 8
