Default How to change an AUX from Mono to Stereo AFTER it has been created

so can you do it?
can you change an AUX or Audio track from Mono to Stereo after its been created?

you can in Studio One, easily by clicking on track icon to change

If not, why not?

Right-click on the track name and scroll down to Change Track Width then select Stereo. You may need to assign a new bus, if the previous input bus was mono. Any plugins that have stereo versions should automatically change to stereo instances.

thanks Scott, on AUX, all good, and yes, i have to reassign a buss, as it goes back to default analog 1, even though there is a stereo version of this BUS, when i do it manually

and seems i can't do this with Audio tracks, (mono). as change track width is "greyed" out, not sure why?
perhaps because there are mono audio regions on track?

and why they call it. "change track width". thuat makes it seem like you want to change the gorizontal size of track,

Yeah, you can't change the track width on an audio track when there's any clips on the track or on any playlists associated with the track.

The verbiage is referring to "channel width".

but there is a bug, with this,

IF you have your AUX colored, as you can do in 2023.12, and change from monot to srtereo, you will LOSE your color on that AUX, and even if you goto I/O in settings, and change to same color or any color, the AUX name will ALWAYS stay gray,

Avid, please look into it.
not a huge bug, but a bug
