Can I use two computers?
The laptop I have is a mac but the home studio I have is a PC. I have Mbox with PC, I downloaded it online so I don't have the CD (I have the original CD but when I bought the upgrade I downloaded it online).
At times I need to be portable, is it possible to install the mac version on the laptop and go back and forth between them (using the same serial number of course)? Since it won't work without the mbox I wouldn't think it would be a problem. Please excuse my computer ignorance! Thanks for the help in advance!

You can install the software on as many computers as you like. It just won't open without the interface(PT8 and older) or an iLok(PT9) attached. You should be able to download the Mac or PC version without issue(for whatever version you are registered for).

I don't use an ilok for protools, just the mbox. I'm assuming I just need to plug the mbox in?
