MBox Mini Driver for Windows10 won't download

Hi, I'm trying to download the driver for MBox mini and it always displays an error message. I'm trying 1.1.8 and it fails. I was able to download 1.1.7, but that isn't the version I need...I was just trying to see if it worked.
The reason I'm doing this is that I want to see how I can change the interface data rate setting. If you know how to do this, please let me know.

Some thoughts:
1-what does "data rate setting" mean? If you mean sample rate, and you are on a Windows machine, then you probably have Windows Sound Properties set to use the Mbox as the Windows playback device. This will lock Pro Tools out of changing the sample rate. Solution: set Windows to use the on-board sound card for playback(leaving the Mbox for Pro Tools' exclusive use)
2-any time you have trouble downloading anything, try a different browser

Do you have the Mbox Mini User Guide? If not, there may be some installation and use details in it that may help.
