Default Plug In Tips

I have been mixing with PT for about a year through a neve vr and using outboard gear. i just started working at a studio that only has PT and Plug-ins and im a bit lost. They want everything auto-tuned, EVERYTHING(vocally) i was just lookin for some tips on autotune and my situation. we have lots of plugins so if there are any other cool ones that would be helpful. thanks

Tips on autotune abound, go over to tips and techniques and do a search...Generally speaking don't use the auto mode unless you are just fixing problems here and there. Most folks use the graphical mode. I've had luck with both...

i would never use autotune but the producers want it on everything regardless.

the situation is that no matter what they want autotune. even though the vocalist hits it perfect. so auto mode would be good right?

If the vocalist is close.. use Pitch Doctor.. it'll work better, and sound better, for a vocal that doesn't require the work that graphical mode in AT offers.
