Default Anyone tried the UA 1073 yet?

I have Waves Platinum, Massey VT3, and Digirack III [Obviously], but I'm looking to get a more 'sexy' EQ and wondering about this one? Especially compared to the URS N series!

Hi,

They are no longer supporting TDM! they still work obviously, but where would you purchase one?

All urs stuff is wicked! also McDsp filter bank, channel G, Waves SSL, Sony R3,

If you like to really sculp with EQ! then MDW. also Eventide's new EQ is awesome.

Chris

Oh......When did this happen?

I was just flicking through a magazine and saw the UA 1073, and it said RTAS - didn't realise you needed the damn UAD card aswell....

Oh well. Might have to demo the URS then. Cheers.

I'll throw in a huge recommendation for the URS eq's... especially the N Series. I use them on nearly every mix and I'm always blown away by the results. You can really get nasty with them and they'll still stay "musical"...
