how to copy mix levels to a send (and other quest)

hi. is there a way to copy the mix levels to a send, let's say send "f"? I'd like to do it to copy pre-fader to a mix cue, modifing them later or working on the mix without disturb the musicians.

another question:

I don't use so much advanced automation functions, but there's a mix snapshot option?

copy to send...

its under the edit\automation - or you can just hit apple+option+H. then you'll have to hold option and click one of the pre buttons on the send to apply to all.

Or you could copy the volume automation and insert the levels on the send automation by hitting ctrl+command+v.
