macbook

i bought my first mac its a macbook core duo 2.0ghz with 2.5gb ram. its not compatible yet but i wanted to learn leopard while i waited. anyway what kind of experiences have any of you had with the previous macbook or this one as far as track counts and plugs. i plan on using guitar rig 2 and ez drummer along with some of the included plugs to make demos thanks
