7.0 ask for s/n does not accept my 6.9.2 number

Did all the right things with the download. Running G5 Mac Tiger and all that. Have my Iloks in place.
My two new plugins do not accept the little card that inserts into the Ilok and the PT 7.0 is asking for a seial number in a, "getting started guide." There is no getting started guide ina download and my current s?n is not being accepted.

Any thoughts/answers

OK so they mail you the license card that you insert into ther Ilok?
I recently loaded DV tool kit and that s/n does not work either!!!!!!!!!

You need to use the new PT7 serial that was sent to you in your receipt from the Digidesign online store. It was also on the final page of your order in big bold letters, but no harm done, it's in that email.

I don't know where you're getting license cards that you're trying to use in your iLok, but you don't need them. Go to iLok.com and download the licenses from your iLok account onto your iLok(s) and you'll be all set.
